Watch this video to see how to get rid of capital letters and change to lowercase text. You can also see a written tutorial on Changing UPPERCASE to lowercase complete with step by step instructions and screenshots. I often use this feature to captalize every word in blog titles and to also remove uppercase on peoples comments.. having all uppercase implies that you are shouting.
