Parental controls available in Windows
In most versions of Windows Vista and Windows 7 (excluding business versions), there are basic parental controls that allow an administrator to set another users browsing capability. This is not limited to just Internet browsing, as it lets you put restrictive time limits on the use of the computer, lets you choose which games and applications will run, and allows you to block both programs and websites from the computer.
If you do not think that the standard parental controls are enough then you can go to the Windows live website and download Windows live family safety 2011. This enhances the basic parent or controls and allows you to get detailed browsing reports and extra free features all for free.
