I think with backups, most of us know. But even the more experienced users procrastinate this important thing. I don't do it frequent enough. And before I didn't even do it at all, then my hdd broke down and I realized that a backup would've been nice :) . It just negligence that causes problems for most computer users as a lot of people don't bother with Anti-viruses and shutting down thier computers properly.
