In Internet Explorer 8 you can customise what you see, as in toolbars and menus. For example you can hide all toolbars and menus easily in the settings menu.

You can install an interesting text-to-voice toolbar for IE on Windows 7, Microsoft Anna will read aloud the text on the web page.
