There are many free and paid DVD burning apps around but DVD Shrink has been around for years. This program easily and very simply reduces the size of a dual layer (8.5GB) commercial DVD movie by removing the extra stuff like fancy menus, directors cuts, previews etc. so you can fit it onto a much cheaper single layer (4.7GB) DVD. You get to choose what you want to remove, and even if you are down to the bare movie and its still too large, then DVD Shrink will then compress the movie to fit!
DVD Shrink can also remove copyright protection with ease, allowing you to make copies of your protected backup DVD’s, and even can be used to copy that latest release from the video store.*
