So…HiI'm Tony. I'm 15 years old and I come from Korea, but I'm currently living in Germany.I have been using computers since I was 10 years old, yet I don't have much experiences with repairing or fixing computers.*I'm using a LGPX3 with the Windows Vista Home Premium K installed on it. It's been now about 2 years.Basically the first screen after I press the Power On button will show up without any problemthen after that there is normally a white line(?) that blinks for a few seconds then it loads the next screen with the bar moving left to right. But my problem is that the computer would just completely freeze after the first screen appears. The white line would continue to blink with a black background and will never load the next page. I can't do anything, but to force shutdown and restart the computer again and again. Of course the same thing happens though.I tried the F8 button solution, however I'm not able to load the screen after tapping the F8 button, so I gave up.This happened after a few hours I connected a USB driver to my laptop. Nothing happened when I actually connected it.I turned the computer off and turned it back on a few hours later. Suddenly the computer froze time by time. So I decided to restart it. Then the computer completely froze and I had to just force it to shut down.I was able to turn it on once without any problem, however only a black screen appeared after the welcome screen. Then the thing I described up there happened. Some week before, I connected my laptop to my iPod and it suddenly froze and I eventually had to force it to shutdown.Nothing serious happened back then. I'm suspecting that there is a problem with my hard drive. I'm not quite sure.I'm sorry that my post is a bit too long, but I thought it would be more helpful if I gave detailed information.Any help will be appreciated. Thanks for reading.January 23, 2012 at 11:02 am #33532
