When you say you cant see it on your laptop, do you mean while you have your emails opened? I can offer two possibilities from what you have stated. Either the logo is in some format that your computer isnt used to, and you dont have a suitable program for viewing it (this seems unlikely).. or the image that you are attaching to your logo is web based. This means that when sending an image, you arent actually sending an image but a link to one. Many email programs have the option to disallow the downloading of web based images, this is a security option. Its possible that your email program is set to refuse these images. They do this because when spammers send out emails, they often do it to random addresses, with no knowledge of which addresses actually exist. If your email opens the image, it confirms by downloading the image that your address actually exists and adds you to its list of confirmed addresses, thereby adding you to its list of addresses to send more spam to!If you are only experiencing this problem when opening replies to emails that you think should have your logo on it but dont, this may well be the problem, and you should look among the security or privacy options in your email program to try and switch off the 'block remote images'option. If thats not the case, then please tell me more about the problem... what specific circumstances it occurs in, what format the logo is in, what email program you are using, can you see it whilst actually composing the emails, etc
