I have 2 computer in my home (mine and my Brother's). One is old computer contains 256 MB DDR RAM, Pentium Processor and another one have 2GB RAM DDR2 and Dualcore Processor. I need to connect LAN for file sharing and internet connection. We like to play games as well. I have no idea how to connect LAN between this to computers. A usb connection usually needs an ISP installlation disc to install usb drivers… this is connected using a usb cable that should come with the modem….that is how you connect the first comptuer….then you can simply plug the other computer in with a blue ethernet cable as long as it has a network port on the back of the computer.... check out the article I suggested to see pictures of the connections I am talking about.December 10, 2012 at 6:48 am #32765

This is not an easy job so that an person belonging to any background can handle it. This set of task can be done by a person who have complete knowledge of networking.
