I change my Wodpress theme often so I wrote an article about it. 39 point checklist for changing a themeAnyway one item on the list is very helpful for SEO after changing themes. I used the have the Thesis WordPress theme and it had its own search engine optimisation sections to fill in. So when I changed my WordPress theme all these descriptions and tags disappeared. Then I changed to Genesis. So I had nothing! So first I had the All in one SEO pack, then thesis, then Genesis. So I needed to import the details from all of these previous search engine optimisation methods. So I installed a plug-in called SEO Data Transporter, free from the WordPress website.http://wordpress.org/plugins/seo-data-transporter/When I imported the descriptions I did the thesis ones first as they were the most updated ones. the plugin would only import if there was no description there so I wanted the best ones in there first. Then I imported again but from the all in one seo pack... It only filled in some because most were already done by thesis.
