A HTML tutorial would be good, but in order to make it actually useful for the beginner, its going to need to be fairly detailed, and probably a bit wordy for a post. Can I suggest that you create it and submit it as a whole pdf, word or html document in an attachment to a private message to Mitz or I. If we think its good, we'll then archive it and post a link to it instead.

hmm, well, let me see how non-wordy i can make it, and if it gets too long, i may just do that 🙂March 20, 2009 at 7:54 pm #31236
Yup, its too easy to ramble on about a specific part of the html design, so ok then, i will get a pdf creator …March 20, 2009 at 8:43 pm #31237March 21, 2009 at 10:16 am #31238
I have a few ideas for your html tutorials…How to add ALT text to a picture. How to make a picture a link. How to do a simple table. How to split a table. How to add script to your html like google ads, widgets, etc...How to make a link open in the same wondow or a new window. How to make anchors and links that point to them. How to create a simple form.A bulleted list.March 21, 2009 at 9:01 pm #31239
😛ok, i put in the alt text on images, picture linksnext come the tables, and splitting a tableforms are a little harder to do because they have to have a reason and also need, i think, an external script to "parse" them (parsing is a different way of saying that the script uses the information)scripting will be a little later in the tutorials, anchors will come after tablesbulleted list, i believe that comes in the tables section...and torward the end we will do opening in new windows
