I am thinking to buy a notebook. I just need it for my research and internet so I think cheaper notebook will do. I don't need a high end laptop. I am just wondering how long it will last? Many says desktop is better than laptop and notebook. What do you think?March 9, 2009 at 10:46 am #31344
I like the convenience of a laptop. You can take them anywhere and now days they last just as long as a desktop. You just have to look after it and it will last. You can get a great value laptop for around $1,000. Infact I recently bought one for my daughter from the dell website…however their service is good and bad..Good if you are lucky, which I was. There is also the option of a netbook which is a smaller version of a laptop but with less features. If you go this way make sure you will be happy with the limited features.July 3, 2012 at 6:09 am #31345
