Hallo,I often use the saved passwords of my Firefox browser to see and sometimes erase the passwords...only everytime I must go to Tools - Options - Safety - saved password.I was arguing if there is a way to insert a link in the toolbar to simplify and speed up this task.Thank you and hallo to everyone.EDIT: Removed unnecessary advertising - WoodybladeJune 7, 2009 at 11:32 am #32006
Do you mean you want to create a shortcut in the toolbar somewhere which opens your saved passwords for viewing with one click? Its not really a function of Firefox to do that, but yes it can probably be done. You aren't going to be able to link directly to the expanded view though I dont think, so you would still have to click on 'saved passwords' and 'show passwords' and 'are you sure?' anyway. This means you are going to have a shortcut on your toolbar to save yourself clicking tools>options>security . In addition, you are going to have a shortcut to your passwords easily visible on the toolbar for anyone to click on. Its not hard to get at a Firefox password as it is, I'd not to make it even easier if I could avoid it. I think you should reconsider whether its really a good idea 😉I'll have a look at it and see if I can come up with anything though.

I really don't think it is possible. Although, Firefox is supposed to be the most customizable browser, so I could easily be wrong.
