Tagged: google
Hi guys
I was in the process of using the disavow tool after google penalized my site for inbound links.
I wanted to disavow some sub domains but not the entire domain..
For example if you have a subdomain on wordpress that you want to disavow then I am not sure if this works or not.
I want to disavow subdomain.wordpress.com but I am worried that the entire domain will be disavowed.
To solve this problem, on any domains like blogger.com or wordpress.com I am going to list the urls individually and not list them as a full domain to disavow.
For example here is what my disavow text looks like:
# No Contact link for blabla.net looks deserted
domain:blabla.net
#No contact method blabla.wordpress.com
#Left message on Facebook but looks deserted since 2012
http://blabla.wordpress.com/2012/08/
http://blabla.wordpress.com/2012/08/25/
http://blabla.wordpress.com/feed/
http://blabla.wordpress.com/tag/10/

# no way to contact blablailding.com
# Cannot find my links either and some URLS get redirected
domain: blablailding.com
# no contact blablauna.net/ in another language
domain:blablauna.net
#ABOUT PAGE LEADS TO http://blablawerparty.com/nothing
domain:blablawerparty.com
I nearly put this one in:
# Domain computer.bigblog.com.au no longer registered
domain:computer.bigblog.com.au
bigblog.com.au is a big telstra blog so I do not want to disavow the whole domain by accident.
Does anyone have any proof that you can disavow a subdomain without it disavowing the main domain too?
