Thinking of your quest for goodies to sell, Mitz, but hope others may make use of this recipe – they are honestly the best I've ever had and finally a sweet little old Italian lady agreed to share her recipe.The secret to these brownies is:Other than in step 1., stir together as little as possible with a wooden spoon (using a beater that incorporates too much air into brownies and one ends up with more of a cake that chewy brownies); andThey are best baked at least a couple hours before wanting to munch on them- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Chewy BrowniesPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (ensure baking rack is in center of oven)Lightly grease 9 x 11 baking pan1. 2 cups butter (melted)
