helloI have been here for a while but you helped me last time... 🙂 thanks for that.I have a new problem. My computer is ok, but sometimes it does not get past the stage of the flashing cursor. I feel like I haven't pushed the button in right or something, because if I restart it, it will work again. I just don't want to leave the problem there as it might turn into something major and I can't afford to do that.I am worried that one day it will not start.
Hi thereHow often does this happen? Once a week, etc....?Also have you seen any other problems on your PC? Blue screens, black screens?
No thats it. Just maybe once a week or even once a month it happens. It is very random. The cursor just flashes on the screen and it goes no further. But when I restart the computer it works fine.
Have you got a cd burner….This sounds like it is trying to start with the cd drive and getting stuck on it. I have seen this before with a faulty dvd burner. It can't get past the device because it has an error… Not sure if this is it in your case.
This problem is already resolve? can you give us a screen shoot about your pc problem? my idea with this problem first thing if you are using a video card kindly remove that VCARD and try to turn on that pc using motherboard VCARD(you can see this above blue color) .. if still now working you can remove the RAM(clean it using eraser on the gold side) then put it on again..for more tips and you can learn more visit this link... http://tips4pc.com/articles/computer%20troubleshooting/computer_has_a_black_screen_and.htm
