No matter how many times you mention the word backup, people just still don't do it.. I had a friend bring me her computer to fix and she was desperate…And why was she so desperate??? Keep your filing system refined to work better and better. Rename or rearrange folders and files and trash inactive. Avoid duplication of folders, particularly those that contain photos or other large files, you fill the disk and create confusion.
