I have had this with a few set ups I have done. In the past, the computer that wouldn't connect was a little older and the wireless card did not support WPA. The only work around I have found is to use the WEP/WPA mode on your router if it supports it. That way, devices that can support WPA will use that protocol and those that can't will use WEP. Maybe not an ideal solution but it will make your network a little more secure.
