sorry i am not thinking clearly, its late. on the server settings tab, the account name needs to be the name of your server, ie. mail.optusnet.com.au and changing it will make the account not work. the account name which you can change is one up on the tree, the one you expanded to see the server settings option.In these shots, the outgoing server is my personal email server, not one of my websites. You would have this server set as mail.optusnet.com.au It is only necessary to have one outgoing server, but to check emails from multiple accounts on different servers, you need more than one incoming server.
