I just noticed this??
i used checkdisk, in vista, which gave me the error....
Is that correct? If it is correct, you and all of us are relying on Vista making Judgements on, to it, an obsolute System. That prognosise is unreliable. You need a Program for Windows 2000, not Vista. It does explain in part the second Boot to me, Vista has many inovations, but they do not apply to older Versions of Windows, including Win 2000 back, and I strongly suspect, XP as well. Only logical explaination for the second Boot in the middle of the Drive. If you like I can run it further past others in the Field of Repairing Computers? I have a destinct feeling that it is something just for Vista? I do not use Vista, have worked with it and do not like it, M$ totally screwed up, like with Win ME, then improved with Win 2000, got it right with XP. then started over again. Now people HOPE that Win 7 will be better.DD.
