Anyway this brings me to the question of why? Why bother with nofollow links? People say having to many follow links on a website is not good but I have just naturally linked to sites I like from Tips4c. I don't think it has effected that site at all. http://pctipforum.com/index.php?action=post2What do you think?
Not heard about this before, but thinking about it I can come to only 1 conclusion (It's a guess at best) about having too many links on a site...When you have links on a site which you follow the server your website is hosted on processes the information and redirects that user to the URL location, so it puts the server your website is on under a heavier workload (Well not loads in terms of where this site might be hosted, Server Farm maybe with many other websites?), so the more links you have the more the server has to process and if the site is quite busy say 100,000 vistors then the problem is amplified meaning the website might become very slow because of the load the server might be under.
