OK, I appreciate all the tips. To clarify, one computer does not work correctly and one computer does work correctly. Now to try to answer your questions and give you as much info as possible, I attached two more documents with screen shots based on the things that both Dak and Merlin33069 suggested. One doc shows the bad computer, one shows the good computer.One more thing...there were some things suggested by Dak that I could not do:1- I could not find a 'Java' heading in the security window 2- In the Advanced tab, I could not find a 'Java VM' sub heading.This is really getting aggravating. Hope you can help
