OK, assuming its installed at the moment.Please try uninstalling via the inbuilt uninstall.Now, go to C/Program Files and look for a folder labelled Tune Tools, or it may have another name, the manufacturers name. ie Nero is in in C/Program Files/Ahead/Nero. Nero is a product of Ahead.Even though you have uninstalled the program, most times the program will have left a folder here. If you locate such a folder, delete the entire folder. Now, go to C/Users/You and ensure hidden folders are visible. to do this, go to tools>folder options>view and click the radio button next to 'show hidden files, folders and drives'.You should now see a folder labelled 'application data'. Check the contents of this folder for any folders that may have to do with Tune Tools, and delete it, just you did with the folder in program files. Its possible there may not even be a folder there, but look carefully just in case.You should now restart your computer, and attempt once more to install Tune Tools from the disc.
