What about windows live mail?
I’ve been using windows live mail to connect all my webmail accounts.
It’s from microsoft as well so you would expect similar features to outlook express.
But as far as I know I can only create folders. I can not create rules.
If I want specific email to go into a specific folder I have to log in to my email account online and make the rule there.
