Mitz,

Thank you for your reply. Actually the program and computer are the same. I am just moving between users. One user has administrative privilages and the other limited. In the administrative account I have the Message Rules on the limited I do not. Any ideas?

What program are your transferring from? They have to be the exact programs or it will not work that easy...Everything has to be absolutely precise so you will need to double check all your settings.

I followed the instructions for exporting the Rules folder, editing it by replacing the user number with the user number for another user on the same computer and saved it. However when I logged in to the other user account and double clicked on the modified reg file the email message rules were not transferred to Outlook Express. Why not? Any ideas? Thanks
