I totally agree with you on some of the ways you have just outlined in your article about backing up data, just to add on what you have said I would advice readers to also try out external hard drives that are portable and can be accessed at any place where a system exists. This can also be effective in ensuring the process of saving data is actually done in a planned and secure manner. I appreciate your post.

I always used DVD to backup my files, but recently I started thinking to use external HD’s. They are cheap (realivity) and have high capacity, but I’m not sure about life time. Generally, how many years can a external HD be used before stopping to work (if it happens)?
