Files and folders are an important when it comes to using a computer because the computers entire existence is made up of files which are stored in folders. A group of files together form a software program which runs on your computer. These program files are stored in a folder called program files which will have sub folders or directories with the individual program contained in them. You can also create your own files by typing a document and saving it, or downloading photos to your computer. All files and folders can be copied, saved, pasted or even moved to another location. See more on Creating, saving, copying, pasting, and moving files or folders on your computer. More favorite shortcut keys (the + sign means and - not to be pressed in these sequences) Microsoft word shortcut to insert a hyperlink When you are using Microsoft word, if you want to make a word a hyperlink to a website, simply select the word and press CTRL + K and an insert hyperlink window will appear. What happens if you do not have a WIN KEY on your keyboard? You can try pressing Ctrl + Esc which will equal the WIN KEY. If you have a WIN KEY then it will not work. Add items to your sendto menu in Windows XP or Vista When you right click on things like desktop icons, files or folder on your computer a menu appears with a send to link in it. So if you right click on a photo file and choose sendto from the menu, you will have the choice of where to send the file. The most common places to send a file when using the sendto option is to my documents or the cd drive. In the screenshot below it show what is in my send to folder.
If I right click on a folder it will show these exact same options in the sendto menu as shown in the next screenshot.

You must drag and drop or create shortcuts in the sendto folder. It will not work if you post the actual program in there. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All feedback is welcome!
